Our KARLAND range offers two outstanding handcrafted wines from South Australia’s renowned Padthaway region. Our winemaking team has created these wines as a tribute to the Padthaway region’s superb Terra Rossa soils which are famous for producing grapes of great flavour and intensity.
2017 KARLAND PADTHAWAY SHIRAZ (CWSA Gold Medal Winner):
Appearance: Deep garnet with brick red hues
Nose: Aromas of mulberry and blackberry conserve are complemented by peppery spice notes and a well integrated vanillin oak profile.
Palate: Ripe, juicy berry and plum characters that are well balanced with fine vanillin oak notes. Wonderfully rich with generous fruit weight integrated perfectly with a soft silky tannin profile. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also reward extended cellaring.

2016 KARLAND PADTHAWAY CABERNET SAUVIGNON
Appearance: Deep Red with crimson hues.
Nose: Lifted aromas of mint and eucalyptus integrate well with ripe berry characters and sweet oak undertones.
Palate: Displays ripe, juicy berry characters and herbaceous varietal notes that are well balanced with fine vanillin oak. Wonderfully rich with generous fruit weight integrated perfectly with a soft silky tannin profile. This wine can be enjoyed now but will also reward extended cellaring.
